I understand where you're coming from, but it's not always fair to judge a creator without understanding the circumstances they're facing. Creating and maintaining a VN is a huge undertaking, and sometimes things don't go according to plan. It's important to remember that creators are human too, and they're doing their best to create something special for their fans. As for whether or not to support certain creators, that's ultimately up to each individual to decide. But I think it's important to make an informed decision based on all the available information, rather than rushing to judgement based on a few negative comments.
